Research On The Industry Service District Planning Of Wanjiang City Belt In Context Of Undertaking Industrial Transfer

Accompanied by the implementation of undertaking industriy transfer plan-ning in Wanjiang City Belt, regional development with the main feature of regional integration and industrial structure upgrading, enters a new stage. Relative to the rapid development of the secondary industry, the Wanjiang City Belt industry ser-vices as an important part of the industrial development, facing the problems like development lag, limited size, the function absence, while domestic industry ser-vice also is not deep enough, and many problems lack theoretical support. There-fore, under the background of the current undertaking industrial transfer, the in-dustry services need to explore new development ideas both in theory and practice.This paper first analyzed present industry services research results, based on Regional cooperation theory, Megalopolis theory and Central place theory, and analysis of the concept and nature of industrial service district. Next, study the role and problems of Wanjiang City Belt’s industry services, trying to jump out of the idea of the traditional industrial park internal services, with the perspective of in-dustrial development and regional collaboration, explore industry service devel-opment theory of Wanjiang City Belt, and propose the development strategy with building the Wanjiang City Belt’s industry service system and constructing the in-dustry service nodes recently. Then, this paper combining with the development strategy, expands the empirical analysis, taking the case of comprehensive industry service district planning in Hanshan, through the analysis of the development status and peripheral industries services supply situation, pointed out to build the com-prehensive service district to provide industry services surrounding Hanshan, and analyzes the contents of the comprehensive service planning strategy and functional layout. Finally, integrating all the research results, summed up the industry service district planning strategy of Wanjiang City Belt.
