Full name of the ITER is International Thermonuclear Experimental Reactor, the international thermonuclear fusion experimental reactor, ITER device is one that produces large-scale fusion reaction of superconducting Tokmak, commonly known as " artificial Sun ". Located in the Southern French city Cadarache. Thermal nuclear reactor is the use of hydrogen isotopes deuterium and tritium atomic nucleus to achieve nuclear fusion reactors. Compared with current nuclear power plants using nuclear fission to power generation, using controlled thermonuclear fusion energy to generate power with energy release large, resource-rich, cost-effective, safe and reliable and so on.Cryostat is the outermost part of ITER, a large vacuum pressure vessel, Provide a vacuum environment for the entire operation of fusion experimental reactor and safety barrier, its merits will directly affect the quality of futuredevices function correctly, for the entire operation of fusion. Significance ofthis issue is through the design and research of fusion experimental reactoroutside vacuum Cryostat, to the opportunity of international cooperation,digestion and absorption of design of ITER vacuum Cryostat the existing methods. Mastering of design analysis software such as CATIA, ANSYS andadvanced design methods and design ideas,evaluating stress intensity of Cryostat structures in all kinds complicated conditions, building the Foundation fordesigning and developmenting our own fusion experimental reactor in thefuture, strengthening domestic fusion technology research and innovation.This article first according to the existing ITER Cryostat model, a careful assessment, and ignore any effects on mechanical characteristics of smaller structures, using three dimensional Software CATIA to establish a simplified Cryostat model.Second according to the actual running characteristics of Cryostat structure, using finite element analysis software ANSYS, Cryostat static analysisof structures under different operating conditions, obtain the displacement and stress distribution contour of Cryostat structures.And then from the perspective of dynamics, for modal analysis of Cryostat structures, access to natural frequency, mode shape of Cryostat structures, and on the basis of seismic spectrum analysis, get Cryostat of earthquake response of structures.Last earthquake time history analysis of Cryostat structures,obtain seismic response of Cryostat structures and displacement, velocity, accelerationcurve of a point structures.
