The Research On The Evaluation System Of Residential Landscape On SD Method

In this essay, the use of behavior observation method, SD method and factor analysis have been put into the research of landscape space in four selected representative residential area in Hefei (Amber Hills; Century Sunshine Garden; West Park Village and Anju Yuan). By the use of this series of multi-angle investigation, and ultimately complete the scientific evaluation of the landscape of the residential area of Hefei.Firstly, using the behavior observation method to investigate10landscape space in4residential area, which include statistical analysis of users’specific type of behavior that occur in the landscape space, user groups and quantity to get the inherent correlation of the objective patterns of behavior and landscape environment. After this studied the result by using SD method, prepared17landscape assessment projects and designed a questionnaire on the psychological evaluation of the residential area landscape. After the questionnaires, the data has been statistical analysis by EXCEL, and the curves of the psychological evaluation in different residential area landscape space have been drawn. Then the psychological evaluation of user space on the residential landscape which is also the qualitative evaluation of the residential landscape assessment has been completed. When the SD study has been finished, the evaluation of the residential area has been further studied by using actor analysis. The use of SPSS scientific statistical software has found there are four factors have decisive role in evaluation of the residential landscape, named atmosphere factor, workplace factor, environmental factor, and the taste factor. Thus, it complets the process of evaluation of the residential landscape from quantitative evaluation to qualitative evaluation.This essay combines behavioral observations method, the SD method and the factor analysis method to make the final comprehensive evaluation summary of the multi-angle Hefei residential area landscape. It also makes the ideas and suggestions, and based on this outlook for future research.
