The Study On Plant Landscaping Of Urban Residential Areas---zhongtieruicheng Xinjie Of Chengdu

With the rapid development of realty business, the design of residential landscape take over a growing proportion in the industry of landscape design. With the remarkable improvement of people’s living standard, the requirements of the people in afforest are higher and higher. The level of the residential landscape affects the value of residential community directly. As an important part of garden greenbelt of a city, the residential landscape is being an Important link in beautifying the environment and improving the ecological, the discuss in designing of residential landscape is significant.As a normal member of many emerging residential in Chengdu, the Zhongtie·xinjie residential community has high starting point, high configuration, high positioning, The landscape plants are very rich and very attractive, but questions also exited. Based on the spot investigation and aimed at the vast range of issues, the thesis discuss and evaluate the plants landscape of Zhongtie·xinjie residential area froming the perspective of several subjects. I hope that the analysis and evaluation on residential areas of the Plant landscape and the results of this study have reference value for improving the living area of Chengdu green status, and create dependencies to habitat living environment.The plant landscape of this residential area was divided as the green open space, the side green space, the road green space.then through the investigation in composition of tree species, number and structure of community. we can get conclusion below, there are about82tree species,it is so abundant. Including25species of evergreen trees,13species of deciduous trees,23species of evergreen shrubs,7species of deciduous shrubs,8species of annuals and Biennials,8species of liana,9species of Perennials,4species of Annuals Vines,3species of grass.According to the analysis of plant landscape with SD method and factor analysis, we can get the comprehensive evaluation of plant landscape from higher to lower:the side green space, the green open space.the road green space. The visual effect of plant landscape is composed by environment factor, room factor, aesthetic feeling factor and joy factor. Based on the comprehensive evaluation, many plant configuration modes was proposed which is suitable for plant landscape design.
