Taihe County located in the midwest of Huaibei Plain of Anhui Province.Domestic water and industrial water is mainly pore confined water, which causetense regional geology problems. In recent years, water quality of Yinghe River hasameliorated, but still not change the tense situation of water supply and demand inthe region. Economic development zone of Taihe County located to the YingheRiver, the planning area is32.1km2.Water resource is an important restricting factorfor the development and construction of the region.Forecast water supply amount according to the region overall planning.Inplanning year2020, the amount of water demand is8.22×104m3/d.Three-dimensional hydrogeological model besides rivers of development zone wascreated by use of the software-Visual MODFLOW according to the hydrogeologicalcondition of study area. Forecast water supply amount of shallow groundwater indevelopment zone based on exploitation scheme. The water supply amount ofshallow groundwater is0.8×104m3/d when the insurance is95%.Analyse watersupply amount of Yinghe River by using the data of typical low-water year.YingheRiver can meet the water demand of development zone when the insurance is95%.Analyse the composition of sewage in development zone and argue thefeasibility and necessity of water reuse, then predict the amount of water reuse. Inplanning year2020, the amount of water supply is1.87×104m3/d.The main industries of the region are medicine and textile, and the demand ofwater quality varies in different enterprises, put forward multi-watersourcesretional allocation scheme for different water users with different water qualityrequirement and select the optimal scheme.Water resource provide guarantee forsustainable development through multi-watersources retional allocation on thepremise of protecting water resource and environment...
