Carbon material, metal oxide and conductive polymer are three kindselectrode materials researched most extensively nowadays. Preparation ofcomposite electrode material which has cooperative effect become the focus. Inthis thesis, Graphene/PANI film was prepared by electrochemical method, and itselectrochemical performance was studied.Graphite oxidation(GO) was synthesized from flake graphite by modifiedHummers’ method. Go was dispered and dropped onto ITO and dried.Graphene(ERGO) was obtained by the electrochemical reduction method andconfirmed by characterization. The capacitance can reach114F/g and has goodrate performance.Graphene/polyaniline composite materials(ERGO/PAN) was prepared by onestep of electrochemical oxidation and reduction method. Structurecharacterization results show that polyaniline and graphene to get a goodcomposition. The composite materials with11%Graphene reached352F/g in500mA/g and229F/g in5000mA/g.90%of the capacitance was kept after1000cycles of charge and recharge. Test results show that the composite materials havegood application value in supercapacitor.
