With the progress of the age and technology, the research and application of materials and devices which are new, green and efficient have attracted tremendous attention. Electric energy as superior energy is used more and more in the aspects of life and production. It can be obtained from wind, tidal, solar and geothermal energy.General energy storage components content fuel cell, secondary battery, supercapacitor.Compared with the other energy storage components, supercapacitor has many advantages, such as can be discharged and recharged rapidly, high energy density,longer service life, high stability, high safe coefficient, environmental protection, etc.Supercapacitor has been the focus of the research due to its outstanding performances in mobile communication, automobile, aerospace. This thesis is dedicated the synthesis and the electrochemical of performance functionalized graphene/polyaniline composite in electrode materials for supercapacitor.The main contents of this paper is: the preparation of graphene oxide by oxidation-reduction method and its carboxyl-functionalization, the synthesis of polyaniline and its composite with carboxyl-functionalized graphene oxide.The properties of the sample was tested and characterized by X-ray diffranction analysis,infrared spectrum analysis, thermogravimetric analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The main research result as follows:This paper uses three kinds of modified Hummers method to prepare graphite oxide.The process of oxidation contents low-temperature treatment and middle-temperature treatment. Explored the influence of preoxidation step on the quality of graphite oxide.Choosed the better graphite oxide for next functionalization. The preparation process is simple and facile.Using HBr as reductant, oxalic acid as carboxylated reagent, carboxyl-functionalized the graphite oxide using esterification principle. Explored the influence of the dosage of carboxylated reagents on carboxyl-functionalization effect. The dosage of oxalic acid under the condition was ascertained.Choosing hydrochloric acid as acidic medium, ammonium persulfate as the oxidant in the progress of chemical synthesis of polyaniline. The prepared polyaniline has highyield and high quality. Prepared the composites using graphite oxide and carboxyl-functionalized graphite oxide. Compared the two composites by test and analysis. Better graphene-based polyaniline composites was gained.The prepared graphene oxide, polyaniline, and their composites was mixed with appropriate binder and conductive carbon black in a certain proportion. Then pressed them to sheet and dried by slowly heating to prepare electrodes.Cyclic voltammetry and ac impedance were tested in three-electrode test system. The electrochemical properties were analysised and contrasted.
