Energy and environmental problems are becoming more and more outstanding,and have becomed the focus of attention around the word. The ground-coupled heatpump system has becomed one of the hot issues in the air conditioning field,whichhas the advantages of energy-saving with emission reducting, running economically,being reliable etc. And at the same time it put forward a new direction of developmentto save energy and solve environmental problems.However, the shortcoming, the balance between the heat and the cold, alwaysexists in the design of ground-coupled heat pump system. Moreover, we still have thedifficulty in determining the soil thermal physical parameters. What’s more, theresearch and analysis of ground-coupled heat pump system application are not perfect.All of those make the ground-coupled heat pump technology development receivedvery limited. In order to promote and apply the ground-coupled heat pump technology,by analyzing the design example, the article puts forward some solutions to themethod of cold and heat balance of the soil, Introducing the soil thermal physicalparameters test, determining the soil coefficient of thermal conductivity by the testmethod, comparing and analyzing the economical efficiency with a variety ofconditioning systems. Including the initial investment and operation cost calculationand comparison, illustrating the economy and energy conservation from the data.This paper introduces the origin of ground-coupled heat pump technologydevelopment and application back ground, describes the principles and theclassification, and illustrates the three development stages in detail in our country,highlights the potential development and the momentum of development. This papertakes a building in Tianjin a building as example, carries on the detailed loadcalculation, and lists the calculation principle, and the calculation method, throughcalculation and analysis, to obtain the cold and heat load of the building. The buildingalso has the problem of winter and summer load unbalance in the soil, according tothe hot pollution problem, this plan uses strict system transformation with automaticcontrol, not only to overcome the disadvantages but achieving the cascade use ofenergy. In this project, through comparison of the other different cold/heat sourcescheme, highlighting the forehead advantage of ground-coupled heat pump system,make the ground-coupled heat pump having great advantage in both technology andeconomy. This paper also describes the soil thermal physical parameters testing, described the test principle, test method, data acquisition and processing, and theconclusion.In this topic, the ground-coupled heat pump system with the automatic controlsystem, using the automatic control system to control valve opening, to keep theground source heat pump units high efficiency operation. making the energy get thecascade reasonable use, so as to get more energy saving efficiency, comply with thenational sustainable development "green" theme.
