It explores the best balance between quality management and cost control,through the analysis of the cost of quality. And it proves the the importance of the cost of quality control in the project quality management.Studies have shown that it is necessary to make the effective quality management throughout the construction process.Of course,different types of building have their own characteristics, different construction units have their own management system.We should be targeted to develop effective quality management plans and quality management system in the project quality management,use the theory of quality management and the control mode of quality management flexibly,select scientific and practical ways and means of quality management,and grasp the balance of quality management and quality costs,then we can achieve the desired effect of quality management in project management,and achieve the three project management control objectives of cost,schedule, quality in the engineering process.
