Study On Containerized Natural Gas Generaor Project Quality Management

The natural gas and other clean energy's share increase gradually in Global and China's electricity market with the Global and China's emphasis on environmental protection,and the development of energy equipment and technology.The demand for coal-fired power generation equipment has been declining year by year.It leads to the poor performance of power generation equipment manufacturing enterprises.In particular,some foreign companies and joint ventures who played a role of service party to provide services to the parent company.Their performance was more serious decline when the parent company's performance declined.Power generation equipment manufacturers have strengthened on development of the new market,new business and new application under current situation.Project is one of the necessary way to develop new markets,new business and new applications,and is used by more and more companies.So the maturity of project management has become an important factor in the development of new markets.Project quality management is one of the core factor of project management,a suitable and effective project quality management system has become an important issue to project management.The containerized natural gas generator project quality management method studied in this paper based on the company's common project quality management system.The method and process of process quality management and supplier quality management was redesigned after analyzing the difference between the project and the company's common projects,and combining with the group's project management system.Taking the PDSA cycle as the basement,supplemented by the empirical method,the literature research method,the expert investigation method and so on.The paper establishes the project process quality management method with the checklist and process time as the main evaluation way,and establish supplier quality management method with supplier development quality management by scoring in checklist as main way,and supplier's products quality management by inspection points as main method.The project process quality management and project supplier quality management in this project are intertwined with each other,so the quality management methods used are interspersed with each other,without strict distinction.
