In this article, taking the cement clinker repository engineering in Liaoning TrafficCement Ltd. and cement clinker repository engineering in Shijiazhuang Hebei CementLtd. as background, the silo construction process with sliding forming are investigated.The sliding mode is designed with the character of without inner supporting structure andradial rod. Another character of this research is that the still structure on the top of silo isleft up together with the slid forming. The main contents are as follows:Firstly, taking the cement clinker repository engineering in Liaoning Traffic CementLtd. as example, construction process for large radius silo was studied. By the method ofsetting circuit purlin in the double sides of sliding forms, the silo is constructed with slidforming without inner supporting structure and radial rod. In the addition, the slidingforming was designed with circuit lifting frame, jack and hydraulic circuit. Based on theprinciples of target the measuring method the deviation is introduced.Secondly, based on the cement clinker repository engineering in ShijiazhuangHebei Cement Ltd., a detailed description of Reverse order of construction methods usedin a large diameter silos which has a steel dome roof are made. The lifting supportingsystem for the sliding forming system and the jacks were designed. By setting theradial adjustable rod, horizontal thrust from the top structure was balanced in this design,which ensures the steel structure hold together with sliding forming system. By thismethod, the wall of silo and the top of silo structure were constructed together. Byreplacement of steel support uplift bearing, ensure the installation accuracy; systemconstruction program is organized.Third, inverse sequence method in the process of construction template finiteelement model is established on the base of finite element method. The internal stress anddeformation of concrete silo before and after the template are analyzed. Further more, thefeasibility of inverse order construction method is approved.
