With the continuous development of the coal industry in recent years, theconstruction of the storage bunker increased.And the diameter of the silo slidingconstruction platform design and construction also increased. When rigid slidingconstruction plan of large diameter silo is adopted, construction loads and warehouseroof structure weight have a great impact on internal forces and deformation of theoperating platform. Traditional design approach of silo sliding platform is to simplifythe spatial structure of the platform into flat radial structure calculations which isdifficult to truly reflect the state of the overall force platform. Therefore, the overallresearch of silo sliding platform is necessary.The paper references relevant information at home and abroad in the backgroundof a large coal mines in Shanxi35m diameter silo project. Through the on-site stressmonitoring of rigid sliding platform and the whole model simulation platform by thefinite element software SAP2000, structural comparison of on-site constructionmonitoring data and simulation analysis shows that simulation results consistent withthe monitoring data, which verifies the parameter selection rationality of SAP2000finite element software simulation processing silo construction sliding platform. And bymonitoring data and simulation results, the paper put forward a new scheme ofreinforcement platform. The lower chord of the original platform is equipped withprestressed cable into cable truss structure. And the simulation analysis is carried out byusing the finite element software of SAP2000. The new platform reinforcement schemehas a lighter weight and shorten the construction period. Meanwhile we can masterplatform force through the real-time monitoring of prestressed cable in the siloconstruction stage, providing the reference value for the design of large diameter siloslip form construction platform.
