Torque standard equipment in national economic construction, the quantityvalue transfer and traceability for the role, is the torque measuring verification basedon. To some extent, torque standard equipment technical level reflects a national andregional level of torque measurement. Long-term since, deadweight torque standarddevice with its simple principle, structure is easy to be realized, relatively highaccuracy and other characteristics, has been used as a torque value in nationalstandard and the standard levels of realization forms.With the development of industrialization, developed industrial countries haveexplored many torque testing of new technology, development, produced a lot of newtorque measuring instruments to meet the needs of different levels, different torquemeasurement requirements. By contrast, single deadweight torque standard device hasbeen unable to meet all kinds of torque measuring instrument traceabilityrequirements, so the development of an adaptation to a wider range of torque standardequipment types has become urgent to solve the problem of torque measurement.This topic in the access to large domestic and various types of torque standardequipment structure and based on the principle of torque measurement, combinedwith years of work encountered in various types of torque measuring instrument indetecting the actual demand, put forward first in home development reference type oftorque standard equipment. The degree of accuracy reaches level0.03standard torquesensor for torque measurement traceability main body, ensuring the measurementuncertainty is less than0.1%; the structure rigidity, high Longmen shelf for carryingthe original, reduction mechanism deformation influence on the measurement results;using image on technology, the real length dimension into computer pixel, improvingthe measurement system of coaxial degree, reduces the initial coaxial degree influenceon the measurement results; by certain linear correction and angular deflectionrectifying ability flexible coupling to ensure the measurement process measurementsystem of coaxial degree of consistency, reduces the measurement process of coaxialdegree of the measurement result; using NI high speed data acquisition card, ensuremeasurement system of collection frequency requirements, in order to improve thecontrol ability of standard device. Through this topic research, developed with higher working efficiency, wideapplication range of the novel torque standard equipment, fill the blank in this field inchina. The component method for uncertainty evaluation and the measurement resultscomparison, verification of the standard device can achieve accuracy class0.1gradelevel.
