Torque measurement is a content of industrial product development research, testand analysis, quality detection, shape identification and energy saving, safety andoptimization controlling, and the Torque standard device plays a quantity valuetransfer and traceability for the role, is the torque measuring verification based on.After decades of development, deadweight torque standard machine either support,connection mode, electrical control and other aspects have obviously changed, thedegree of accuracy and gradually improve.Paper through the creation of deadweight torque standard machine model, analysisof the impact of deadweight torque standard machine accuracy are the main factors, incombination with the new technology, new methods, new materials, new technologyand other means, to find the feasible way to improve the accuracy of torque standardmachine method.The beam support, using the current international advanced air bearing to replacethe original knife-knife bearing support, reducing the static friction on a standardmachine accuracy; the equal strength design concept, to design and processing ofstandard machine beams, and the temperature has little effect on the invar replacingthe original45#steel, greatly reduced beam influenced by the temperature change;the neutral equilibrium state to replace the original stable equilibrium state, greatlyimproving the stability and reliability of the device; the flexible coupling shaft,replace the original key connection, greatly reducing the connecting factors influenceon the measurement results, improve the measurement system using PC coaxialdegree; machine realizes the manual mode, non standard model, standard model threekinds of control modes.Through theoretical analysis and technical improvement, to develop deadweighttorque standard machine using parts of uncertainty and high accuracy of the sensoralignment methods, verification of standard machine accuracy.Test results show thatafter the transformation of torque standard machine accuracy class from the original0.1to the reformed0.03class.
