This reliability model has the full consideration ofprobability distribution form and variability of the traffic data.Through the compartion onreliability and the reliability of the prescribed limits propose theindexes of the best test timewith highway.making the road detection and changes of surface properties in consistent,thusreducing the number of unnecessary road performance testing and improving the accuracy.
