The reaserch in this thesis is based on two projects, Research of standard meteringdevice of heavy direct current supported by General Administration of QualitySupervision Inspection and Quarantine of China(No.200710107) and Basice Research ofthe energy loss monitoring of high-power rectifier supported by National Natural ScienceFoundation of China(No.51177061).The purpose of these projects is Provide a scientific measurement methods of heavydirect current by establish a high direct current measurement transfer system. Research themeasurement of direct current power consumption metering and energy conservation.This thesis discusses the high direct current measurement standard device works,structural design and certification process, focusing on the current ratio test experimentalaccuracy for uncertainty evaluation.First introduced the magnetic modulation of high direct current comparator works, thetheory of reference standards, transmission standards and working standards, and thesimilarities and differences in the structure, analysis the accuracy level they may reach.Then process the actual test data, analysis their uncertainty, the uncertainty evaluationresults show that the devices reach the required accuracy level.In the certification process, first detect the accuracy level of60kA laboratoryreference standard by self-checking test; and then compare it to6kA laboratory referencestandards to certify the accuracy level of6kA laboratory reference standard; Finally, theuse the60kA reference standard check the accuracy level of transmission standards andworking standards. There are three methods, measure radio difference by calibrationinstrument, checking the voltage difference or checking the current difference.According to the uncertainty evaluation results, the measurement standard meet therequirements of ratio difference accuracy level.
