In recent years, natural gas as an efficient, clean energy has received nationalattention, liquefied natural gas carriers (LNG ship) the demand is increasing. LNG shipsneed to be transported at ambient temperature and pressure ultra-low temperatureliquefied natural gas, so it must have high security and reliability of technicalrequirements. With the increasing global trade of natural gas, LNG ship research anddevelopment already has a strategic significance.In this paper, by Det Norske Veritas (DNV) of the SESAM program system tocalculate LNG ship sailing in waves, under the action of the waves and wave loads,including the LNG ships in13regular wave under the action of the waves to the sixdegrees of freedom movement response and the vertical cross-section moment, shear andbow1/4L、3/4L shear movement response, provide structural calculations for theassociated wave motion response and hydrodynamic load calculations, and the responseto movement of LNG ships and short-term load forecasting and wave-inducedcross-section of vertical bending moment in the long-term forecasts.In the mooring area, this paper multi-body hydrodynamic software AQWA,theestablishment of the LNG ship mooring pier simulation model, has been LNG ship andcable tension faculties of changing circumstances over time, the LNG ship mooring piermovement of the tension response and cable were analyzed.
