Highway tunnel environment is relatively sealed, inside there are a lot of automobileexhaust, especially in traffic volume and a longer tunnel, likely to cause the exhaust gasaccumulation, not only the pollution inside the tunnel facilities, and traffic safety. Traditionaltunnel ventilation air purification mode is not only limited effect of automobile exhaustpurification, and ventilation equipment, higher operating expenses, so how to effectivelypurifying vehicle exhaust in the tunnel to tunnel traffic to the urgent need to carry out aresearch project.In this thesis, the photocatalytic materials, nanometer TiO2particles as a substratematerial, Fe (NO33as a modifier, using sol-gel was prepared by the Fe3+doped Nano-TiO2particles, study of Fe3+doped modified nano-TiO2particles the microscopic structure andsurface activity, the relevant factors, the influence of Fe3+doping effect of modified TiO2photocatalysis and adsorption properties of Al2O3sol-gel method Fe3+doped nanometer TiO2particles as a carrier,load to the Al2O3above, and then take high-temperature calcination ofthe methods to get new automobile exhaust purification materials, through the exhaust gaspurification test evaluated the of Fe3+and Al2O3on Purificatory car exhaust performance ofnanometer TiO2particles influence, and to determine the of Fe3+and Al2O3nanometer TiO2particles mostthe coating method of making good content, reference, select the Fe3+andAl2O3best dosage of nano-TiO2particles as a paint additive, made with the coating of theexhaust gas purification function, and then through the exhaust gas purification test of thecoating to the exhaust gasproperties.The results showed that: Fe3+doped0.1%modified nano-TiO2particle size is13.6nmfor anatase; purification tests showed its strongest activity of the exhaust gas CO, CO2, theHC, NOX,the degradation efficiency of7.9%,9.2%,6.3%,47.9%, respectively. Ratio of1:9between its and Al2O3prepared composite photocatalyst material performance of the ExhaustGas were higher than other content, the purifying effect of8.9%,13.8%,21.4%,49.2%.Selected0.1%of the Fe3+content of Al2O3load of10%as the optimal dosage of thisexperiment under the optimal dosage purification test under ordinary light, exhaust CO, CO2,HC,NOXdegradation rates were1.1%,5.6%,5.6%,49.2%,found similar with theultraviolet. Photocatalytic materials obtained with the best content coatings, exhaust gaspurification effect in both cases under the UV light and ordinary light. Photocatalytic coatingsbasic performance test results for water resistance, alkali resistance, washability performancequalified.
