In recent years, with the improvement of environmental protection awareness and the rational urban planning, heavy pollution industry has gradually far away from the city center, vehicle exhaust pollution has become a major source of air pollution in cities. Especially in the urban trunk road traffic flow, which often accompanied by traffic congestion and road intersection vehicle idling and low-speed, it has highly possibility to cause the regional vehicle exhaust gas concentration higher than other places in cities. Nano TiO2 photo catalyst, which can catalyze the decomposition of automobile exhaust under ultraviolet light,applies it into the color anti-skid surface not only can catalyze the decomposition of automobile exhaust, which overcome the traditional method influence function and other shortcomings, but also beautify the environment and improve the road service level.This paper first introduces the catalytic decomposition of vehicle exhaust test system, determines the test procedure and method; starting from the addition of nano TiO2, choose the appropriate method of molding; establish the evaluation index and method of automobile exhaust catalytic decomposition;testing the catalytic decomposition of nano TiO2 under ultraviolet light and solar light respectively,and the catalytic decomposition test of color anti-skid specimen with different content nano TiO2,the catalytic decomposition test of nano TiO2 was incorporated into the asphalt mixture and mixed into the color anti-skid specimens, and single stage and multistage decomposition test and detection; testing part of the road performance of color anti-skid road which has the ability of catalytic decomposition, establish the relationship between catalytic decomposition performance and the effective component of the catalyst by digital image processing technology.Through the experimental study, the better the effect of nano TiO2 specimen is directly mixing molding in epoxy resin, the best catalytic effect appears when the dosage of nano TiO2 is 20 g in the color anti-skid specimen, the NO,CO,HC catalytic decomposition efficiency was 27.20%, 10.86%, 14.86% in the sun,nano TiO2 was incorporated into the color anti-skid specimens has better catalytic decomposition efficiency than mixed into asphalt mixture the efficiency of NO, CO, HC in the color anti-skid specimens is about 3 times,2.3times,1.5times than the asphalt mixture specimens;in place an order continuous ultraviolet light catalytic decomposition performance test with the increase in number of gas, the catalytic decomposition performance becomes slow growth trend;in multi phase catalytic decomposition catalytic activity test, when the color anti-skid specimen lose catalytic decomposition of automobile exhaust, the specimen were washed, you can restore the color anti-skid specimen catalytic decomposition of automobile exhaust catalytic activity, and the catalytic decomposition performance after washing and catalytic decomposition rate were no significant change, it provide a experimental basis for color anti-skid specimens which can sustainable catalysis decomposition of automobile exhaust.There has no effect on the set value and the texture depth when applying nano TiO2 into color anti-skid specimens,but it have a certain impact on the rutting deformation, the deformation value is reduced and the dynamic stability increased slightly, incorporating nano Ti O2 can improve the high temperature stability; through digital image processing and analysis of the distribution characteristics of nano TiO2 establishing the catalytic decomposition performance and nano TiO2 area ratio.
