The truck dumper which is equipped with track chassis depend on hydraulic liftmechanism drived by the engine to unload with small slope of the carriage, and depend onthe gravity of the carriage and shrinkage of the hydraulic cylinder to reset. With thematurity of the technologies and the development of components, the hydraulictransmission is widely applied in small engineering machinery. With the greatly increasingof the requirement in the market of the truck dumper, the research and further developmentof the advanced truck dumper play a critical role in satisfying such requirements.The transmission system and electrical proportional control technology of the C80truck dumpers is studied in this paper. The plan of adopting the hydrostatic transmissionbased on the double dump and double motor system is determined by analyzing the workingcondition and performance of the small and medium size truck dumper. The problemconcerned with matching parameters of the truck dumper is investigated; The matching andtype selections plan of the engine, the electrical proportion pump, the double output motoretc are put forward; The running speed, the driving force, the driving torque and some otherkey parameters are calculated. The control performances of C80truck dumper are analyzed.The main controller and display devices are selected. the input and output singles of controlsystem are analyzed, and the distribution of the pins are determined; The models ofelectro-hydraulic driving system of the truck dumper are established and simulated byAMEsim software. The control plan brought forward in this paper is verified by theoreticalanalysis and simulation results.
