The traditional mechanical transmission has been unable to meet the airport snow removal on the mobility and layout space requirements,while static hydraulic drive system can greatly improve the vehicle's load adaptability and dynamic.In this paper,the works of general design,parameter matching,component selection and system checking of the hydraulic drive system of the airport snow removal vehicle have been done,the static control simulation of the hydraulic drive system and the adaptive control of the pump control motor are carried out.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Hydraulic drive system overall design.Combined with the design requirements of the airport snow removal,selected the hydraulic circuit,speed control mode and drive program,determined the use of single pump to drive the double-motor closed-circuit hydraulic circuit;used variable pump-variable motor volume control;used mechanical main reducer to drive the wheels within the high-speed drive program;Finally,drew the hydraulic system working principle diagram.(2)Completed the hydraulic system parameter configuration,component selection and system check works.The maximum demand power is determined by the calculation of the driving resistance of the snow removal vehicle,matched the engine power and selected the engine;matched the working pressure;selected the hydraulic motor,pump and other auxiliary components.Finally,verified the power and the motor speed,making sure of the correctness of component selection.(3)Studied the hydraulic control system static control and simulation analysis.The numerical simulation of the hydraulic system is carried out by using AEMSim software,and the advantages and disadvantages of static control are verified.(4)Do research on adaptive control strategy of hydraulic drive system.The optimal feedback reference model is designed by linear quadratic type theory.The object model is established by AEMSim.The parameter equation of adaptive control law is deduced according to SMRAC algorithm.(5)Pump drivie motor system adaptive simulation and analysis.Simulink and AEMSim is used to build the controlled object model,optimized the reference model and the adaptive control law model respectively.The simulation results show that the adaptive control can effectively reduce the motor speed fluctuation frequency and overshoot value,and realized the steady-state output with zero deviation of the expected speed within 0.3s.It is proved that the adaptive control has good regulation effect on the output of the hydraulic system,which makes up the deficiency of static control.
