Highway Steel Bridges Non-destructive testing has never been the test specificati-ons.Existing testing standards just is modeled on the boiler and pressure vessel,and drawing thetest specifications of railway steel bridge. It is difficult to identify the applicability of thehighway bridge steel.Developing a set of test specifications for highwaysteelbridge is notonly detect the standard optimization of the highway bridge steel, but also the non-destructive testing industry standards and improve. So that the future development ofultrasonic non-destructive testing standards for highway steel bridge with some guidance andreference. Therefore, the need for highway steel bridge weld ultrasonic testing standards.By comparing the analysis of relevant industry and national standards, qualityassurance point of view through the weld in the welding manufacturing process, And bycomparing the railway bridge specification. Ultrasonic waveform qualitativeassessment methods have been studied, Observe the waveform of the ultrasonic defectcaninitially determine the nature of the defect,determine the nature of the defect, can determinethe feasibility of repairing, and can save time and materials, and improve its economy.Theinnovation of this paper is to propose the optimization method of the sensitivity of DAC curve,by contract to roads and bridges and railway bridges, live load and dead load, simulate theDAC curve sensitivity in theoptimization of the roads and bridges; Optimi-zed sensitivity wasverified by actualtesting method,Prove its feasibility and practicality.
