Applied Research On Weld Ultrasonic Technology Of Steel Structural Bridge

Ultrasonic testing is not a production technology, but its technical level can reflect the industrial technology level of the department, the industry, the region and even the country. Economic benefits brought by nondestructive testing technology are very obvious. Although ultrasonic testing technology tends to mature, some disadvantages existing in standards setting, testing team training, defect judgment, sophisticated device developing, nondestructive testing theoretical studies.Ultrasonic testing equipment are portable, low cost, easy operating, and the degree of automation is improving constantly. These advantage make the ultrasonic detection technology widely used in the product quality inspection. At present, our country has set many industry standards to regulate the test market, but systemic testing norms in weld ultrasonic technology of steel structural bridge doesn't appear. With booming construction of steel bridge in China, the setting of nondestructive testing standards fit for steel structure characteristics is particularly important. concluded the previous industry standard, combined with existing detection technology, the author put forward some detection suggestions in this article.The result of ultrasonic testing regard as a basis to evaluate a product, its reliability appears especially important. In this paper, the author comprehensively analyzes various factors affecting detection result through fuzzy theory, and takes various measures to prevent the colorectal and miscalculation of defects.Colorectal or misjudgment of weld ultrasonic testing is a prominent problem, therefore, the systemic outstanding problems in welds ultrasonic are comprehensively analyzed in this article. An overall explore have been taken from the causes of defects to the reasonable selection of inspection method. The reasons of colorectal or misjudgment have been systematically analyzed through the application in practical engineering. This paper focuses on how to judge the kinds and position of the defects, which are the most important link in weld ultrasonic inspection.
