| In the past over twenty years,to be a new type of bridge, Concrete-Filled Steel TubeArch (which is called CFST arch for short) get a rapid development in our country. As someaspects on theory, calculation and formulation are still lag behind, so many problems wait tobe study deeply. The problem of temperature is one of important subjects in research. The keyissue is the change and law of temperature pattern in time and space. This article focuses onthe concrete filled steel tube arch rib in the sunshine, as well as the tube within the hydrationheat of concrete under the action of the exothermic section temperature field and temperatureeffect, the concrete filled steel tube arch rib winter maintenance of the factors are analyzed.In this paper, based on a steel pipe concrete arch bridge construction supervision processof steel pipe concrete temperature field, the field observation and finite element methodanalysis. First of all, it makes a brief introduction on the basic theory of this method and talksat some length about simplification in calculation of sunshine boundary condition and solarradiation action. Next we did a test on section temperature pattern of CFST under sunshineaction; research the temperature pattern and its affection according to the scene test. On thisbasis, we discussed to have a section diameter direction temperature-gradient mode which isaccord with rib of CFST arch. Then we use finite element software which is called ANSYS toimitate temperature pattern and compared with its character and temperature-gradient which ismentioned to the experimental data to further validate the applicability of thistemperature-gradient mode and the veracity of experiment data of temperature pattern.Through the finite element calculation of the cross section in the sunshine, and the pipeconcrete hydration heat temperature stress release.The research of the experiment and theory about temperature pattern and its affection ofCFST in this dissertation can provide some basis for theory and reference for technology tosolve the problems of temperature pattern in CFST design for future in addition to offercertain reasonable opinion for the further consummate of correlative standard to accelerate thedevelopment of CFST arch on temperature affection theory. |
