Study On Construction Technology Of Shallow Buried Bias Broken Wall Rock Tunnel

During the construction of the mountain tunnel, the tunnel bias is the common badgeological phenomenon. If the bias is not treated properly, it will lead to the default of theconstruction time, and the big loss of the economy. Moreover, it would lead to thesecond-time diseases and the threat of the life for the construction people. As to the problemof the tunnel bias, the main research points are as follows:(1) Making the summary on the characteristics, the judgment method and the analysis ofthe surrounding rock of the shallow bias tunnel by referring to the related materials;(2) As for the spot typical surface, this paper makes analysis for the monitoringmeasurement figure. And combined with realistic measured horizontal convergence value andthe sedimentation value of the vault, with the displacement back analysisprogram, it gets thesoil parameters, as the equivalent elastic modulus and the side pressure coefficient by the backanalysis of the displacement;(3) With the elastic modulus that is resulted from the back analysis, it makes thenumerical simulation for the process of the excavation, it gets the change of the conditions ofthe stress and the strain of the surrounding rock as well as the change of the load of thesupport, and it chooses the suitable construction method for this bias tunnel as well as theconstruction critical points with the software ANSYS;(4) As for the diseases happened in the bias section during the construction, it researchesthe treatment and the reasons from the points of the terrain and the geology elements as wellas the construction elements. In the existing on the basis of experience.Give processingtechnique scheme of tunnel damages bias, the purpose of which is to the tunnel damagesunder similar conditions will provide the reference.
