With the rapid development of the national economy,the original mountain roads can not meet the increasing demand for travel and transportation.Tunnel has been adopted by a large number of line-changing roads and new lines for its great advantage in improving line type and shortening running time.Double hole separation type construction is the most used design method of highway tunnel,a large number of tunnels with shallow,biased,and small spacing have emerged.This kind of tunnels have the following characteristics: complex construction process;force situation of surrounding rock and supporting structure is changeable.The construction process of this type tunnel is more difficult and the construction risk is higher compared with the conventional tunnel.Therefore,it is of great significance to carry out research on this kind of tunnel.On the basis of a tunnel project,first of all,the process of tunnel construction is simulated by finite element software,the law deformation of surrounding convergence and surrounding ground settlement due to tunnel construction are analyzed,and then,the numerical analysis results are verified by combined with the site monitoring data.Finally,the key control technologies of construction process safety are put proposed.The main research contents are as follows:(1)The shallow burial,bias and spacing situations of the tunnel are analyzed and judged by the relevant norms on the basis of the related literature of the tunnel at home and abroad.(2)The whole process of tunnel construction is simulated and analyzed,and the rule of surface settlement and surrounding convergence of surrounding rock induced by tunnel construction are obtained by means of simulation analysis,and the key construction process of surrounding rock deformation caused by tunnel construction is identified.(3)The ground settlement and surrounding rock convergence of the tunnel were measured in situ.The monitoring results were compared with the numerical analysis results,and the reasons for the deviation of some data were analyzed,which verifies the accuracy of the numerical analysis results.(4)The key control technologies for the shallow buried bias small spacing tunnel portal section are summarized and analyzed.The quality of the tunnel is tested by the ground penetrating radar method,and the effectiveness of the set management method is verified.
