Seat suspension is an important part of the car, having significant effects on the confort.Compared with the traditional damper, magneto rheological damper can achieve continuousstepless adjustable damping; compared to the electrorheological fluids, magnetic rheologicalliquid has little relationship with the effect produced by noise in manufacture. Also it hasmany merits the following ones are the typical ones, fast response, great damping force.Regulation of MR damper magnetic field can change the rheological fluid fluid state so as tochange the damping force of MR damper in effect, so the seat suspension application hasbecome a hot research. The control strategy is to achieve the seat suspension semi-activecontrol, control strategy directly affects the control effect. The seat suspension controlstrategy was studied, including the seat suspension control strategy research and the relatedexperimental verification of control effect.This article in view of MR damper, the damping force calculation has been conductedbased on an improved model, and realized the related damper structural design. The damperdynamic test, analysis of dynamic characteristics and adopted neural network and supportvector method for damper was carried out to identify, because there is no uniform model ofmagnetorheological dampers. Secondly, in the1/4vehicle model are put forward on the basisof a five degree of freedom dynamics model of seat suspension. The road roughness modelundertook study, and study of road surface power spectrum and international roughness indexrelationship. The article also has studied the method of seat suspension comfort evaluation. Asimulation model is established and the seat suspension system of fuzzy control research isstudied. Finally, in order to further research of vehicle seat suspension system, puts forwardthe seat suspension test bed design. Including the vibration table fixture design, the design andcontrol system design.
