Load test is the most direct and effective method and means for new bridge qualityassessment and evaluation of bridge bearing capacity,which also has important significanceof the bearing capacity evaluation of the newly-built bridge,building and accumulation bridgetechnology material, promoting technical data and development evaluation theory and designtheory of new bridge. Because of the new specification promulgated and the changes of thedesign concept, there are some imperfections of the existing load test specification, which iscurrently under revision. So to study on the load text has a certain practical value.In the load test, the calibration coefficient is an important indicator of its bearingcapacity evaluation. The calculation accuracy inspection coefficient directly determines thebridge of bearing capacity of reliability. Through a practical project example this paperanalyzed the influence calibration coefficient of the two important factors, namely the bridgedeck pavement and the guardrail. First, take a simply-supported hollow board model test as anexample, the paper studies the effect of the bridge deck pavement on the coefficient ofcalibration, compares the strain and deflection value with those of different bridge deckpavement thickness role in the theoretical, the result shows that in the model bridge,about67%of the bridge deck pavement structure and girders participats in the structural stress,anddemonstrates that the impact influence the bridge deck pavement of calibration coefficients significantly.Second, the paper take a simply-supported hollow board bridge load test for example,considering the influence of bridge deck pavement, establish two kinds of finite elementanalysis model consider the guardrail and does not consider the guardrail which thetheoretical analysis is carried out to study the impact of the guardrail on the main beamcalibration coefficient. Using the finite element model updating method on the basis of on theguardrail the working mechanism of analysis, this paper eventually gives a reasonableparticipation distribution of guardrail along the bridge transverse direction in the theoreticalcalculation.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for beam bridge load test the normalrange of the calibration coefficient of,and it could also be a reference for other types ofbridge test, and has a promoting function for the development of the bridge load test.
