With the development of bridge engineering technology in China,bridge load testing techniques and theoretical level constant development and improvement, the related degree between Bridge load test results and actual condition has been the pursuit of load test workers. Given the complexity of the actual structure of the bridge, and there are significant differences between measured values and load test theoretical calculations, The load test calibration coefficient is generally less than the ideal value of 1, Influence factors are various, when assessing the results of the analysis, should not consider the impact of a single parameter, further research is needed influence factors considerations.In the Paper 20 meters plate girder bridge is selected, the load test program is designed, though the test vehicle middle load and partial load in the tests, the lateral distribution of load, strain, deflection of the measured values are got. Based on orthogonal method three factors and three levels orthogonal table is designed, Comprehensive consideration of the impact of pavement, fence, concrete elastic modulus variation to the load test results, obtained nine different compound of theoretical conditions. Section properties of these theoretical calculations conditions are calculated for each of the main beam. Using the bridge calculation program, modeled on the real bridge and the test vehicle load simulation, calculation load transverse distribution coefficient, strain, deflection of the theoretical value under different compound, and compared with the experimental values. Finally according to the results of orthogonal numerical simulation, get three influence factors of primary and secondary order and the most unfavorable combination of three factors.The thesis results can be a reference for on the load test analysis evaluation, engineering design and structural reinforcement, and has a certain significance to promote the development of bridge load testing technique.
