In the process of braking force detection,traditional test system for automobile brakeperformance controls the generator by the means of the third mechanical roller. Due to thecomplexity of controlling process and easily-frayed machinery, the control will often bedelayed. Consequently longitndinal slip between tyres and rollers becomes bigger and bigger,with the direct result of wearing tyres and the indirect result of unnecessary waste of energy.To solve these problems, this paper will come up with a software to accomplish the real-timecollection, real-time filtration and real-time analysis of the braking force detection signal, andcontrol the longitndinal slip between tyres and rollers accurately in place of the traditionalthird mechanical roller controlling.First, this paper detailed studies the principle of the traditional brake performance testingsystem, analyses the principles of the opposite force roller brake tester, selects a modelof the braking performance detection sensor, and designs the A/D converter circuit andsignal transmission circuit, so as to design a good theoretical basis for the longitndinalslip real-time control system.Second, contrary to the characteristics of the braking force detection signal,this paperintegrates the application of the speed limited filter and arithmetic mean filteringalgorithm to design a real-time filtering procedure to meet the longitndinal slip real-timecontrol requirements.Third, this paper analyses and designs braking performance test of longitndinalslip between tyres and rollers real-time control technology, through thereal-time analysis of the filtered braking force detection signal, it integrates application of thethreshold theory to accomplish a precise control of quiescent time of generator,and controls the slip between tyres and rollers rather accurately.Fourth, based on the technology of longitndinal slip real-time control, the vehiclebraking performance testing and longitndinal slip of real-time control system is designed andimplemented, which simulates the braking performance testing process of vehicle andcontrols longitndinal slip accurately with the software. Fifth, after the simulation experiment of braking performance test and real-timecontrolling system of longitndinal slip, this system is able to control accurately the quiescenttime of generator and solve effectively the problem of delay in the traditional thirdmechanical roller controlling,make sure that vehicle braking performance detection is of moreeconomy, efficience, energy-saving, and environmental protection.
