| These is a great problem that the large quantity of demand of air conditioning intexile mill and the shortage of energy, has been more concern. Since air washers canachieve varies process of air conditioning by changing the water’s temperature andthe effect of clarification for air, most texile mill adopt air washers to achieve theconditioning of air. In recent years, the technology of air washers has been carriedforward and improved, specially nozzle---the significant parts of air washers.Target type impinging nozzle is a new type jet which is high efficiency, noeasy to be blocking and low density of arrange. It is suit in air conditioning ofcompanies like texile mill. This new nozzle has been discussed based on large numberof experiments, the process of testing experiment table and the method of text anddata dispose are introduced firstly. Than, the author work out the difference betweenthis new nozzles and traditional centrifugal nozzles based on the characteristic curveof water volume. Concretely, the water volume of single target type impinging nozzleis bigger than centrifugal nozzles, but for the low density of arrange, and the highefficiency of heat and mass transfer, it can help air washers to save more than30%ofwater volumes. Finally, the regression formula of efficiency of heat and mass transferhas been revised based on the achievement of other researchers by using Matlabsoftware to deal with large number of experimental data, at the condition of adiabatichumidifying. The author has researched the humiture’ssituation of spinning workshop which using the new nozzles in the long term, andproved that this nozzles could meet the demand of spinning workshop, and the resultof using new nozzles is better than centrifugal nozzles. But if we want to control thehumiture to a better level in summer, chilled water should be drew into, it will lead to the high price of mechanical refrigereation.Indirect evaporative cooling is more and more popular in current years,comparing with mechanical refrigeration, it’s energy consumption is more low,meanwhile, comparing with direct evaporative cooling, it do not add the air’smoisture content, and has been widely used. However, because the characteristic ofEnd-Breakage Suction System on Ring Frame’s technological air exhaust------hightemperature and dry, using Indirect evaporative cooler to chill air, the air’stemperature will descend greatly, and water content do not change. This task work outthe spinning workshop’s Air-Conditioning load calculation detailedly, and comparewith two means’ characteristic of load calculation------hour by hour calculation andsteady calculation.And then the refrigerating capacity which we need for changing theair volume by air washer and the refrigerating capacity which we need by indirectevaporative cooling system has been calculated. The result shows that, the neededrefrigerating capacity in work place has reduced more than20%when the indirectevaporative cooling system was used. At last, combing with the real, The two kindsof costs which contain with investment costs and operating costs has been compared,we got that investment costs of indirect evaporative cooling system is more expansivethan air washer,but the operating costs is more cheap. By contrast, the total costs ofindirect evaporative cooling system is more cheap than air washer if the system hasbeen worked in3years and the effect of the indirect evaporative cooling system isbetter.The achievement of this paper will facilitation the application anddissemination of target type impinging nozzle, target type impinging nozzle is a newtype jet which is high efficiency, no easy to be blocking and low density of arrange. Itis suit in air conditioning of companies like texile mill and Tobacco factory.Meanwhile, the author provide the thinking of using Indirect evaporative cooling onspinning workshop’s air washers to reduce the energy consumption in the future. |
