This paper systematically explains the present situation of research the heat pipeand evaporative cooling technology in domestic and international area,and proposesthe designing steps of loop heat pipe heat exchanger used in air conditioning heatrecovery. In additon, this paper analyzes hteoretically the influencing factors of theheat pipe heat exchanger efficiency,and brings forward the evaporation coolingair-conditioning system with heat pipe.According to the different locations heat pipe heat exchanger placed in, theevaporation cooling air-conditioning system with heat pipe is divided into two forms,and analysis the characteristics of the various forms. during the design process of thesystem, part of the replacement air is bypassed to ensure the supply air into theinterior according to a certain temperature difference. This system overcomes thedefect of traditional evaporation cooling system that should be subject to reheat or hasa large humidity of supply air. Taking into the large affect of traditional evaporativecooling technology by the diversification of outdoor meteorological parameters, theindoor temperature and humidity control is so difficult that the comfort can not satisfythe requirements.This article analyzes the air handling process of using theevaporation cooling air-conditioning system with heat pipe to change the indoorthermal comfort, and provides the empirical formulas. The study offers an example bythe use of the outdoor meteorological parameter of Urumqi to illustrate the usefulnessof the formula, and elaborates the controlled object and the adjustment process duringoperation,which provides a theoretical basis for the design of automatic control of thesystem. The study also offers an example by the use of the outdoor meteorologicalparameter of Urumqi to analyze the energy consumption of the heat pipe coolingsystem and traditional evaporative cooling air-conditioning system, and obtains theapplicalbe conditions of the heat pipe cooling system compared to traditional coolingsystems with energy-saving effect.
