As a relatively special type of the common car doors, since the carsliding door has the advantages such as larger open space and taking lessspace compared with common rotating car door, it has been widely used inthe MPVs and the mini cars. One of the main indexes to measure thequality of the car sliding door is its smoothness of the sliding door motionprocess which is directly dependent on the kinematic and dynamiccharacters of the sliding door system. Further, since the appearance of thevibration noise of the closed sliding door, the higher quality request of themanufacture of the sliding door has been raised. Therefore, aiming at theengineering problems and the quality request of the car sliding door, it isnecessary to do the work of the kinematic and dynamic modeling andanalysis of the car sliding door system. However, the main study of the carsliding door is aiming at the closing energy and the controlling of thedeviation of the assembly. The study of special motion structure and thekinematic and dynamic characters of the car sliding door still lack.Aiming at the existed engineering problems of the car sliding doorsystem, the kinematic and dynamic models of the car sliding door areestablished. Then the influence of the sliding door deviation on thesmoothness of motion process of the sliding door and the dynamicperformance of the sliding door in closed state is studied. Finally, based onthe above analysis, the optimization is completed.The main studying content of this thesis is divided into the later threeparts:1) Based on the analysis of the basic functions of the parts of thesliding door, the mechanism of the sliding door is raised. Then the kinematic model of the car sliding door is raised. The results of two realcar sliding door models, one is based on UG, the other Matlab arecompared to prove the veracity of the models.2) Based on the kinematic model and the multi-body dynamic theory,the dynamic model of the sliding door is raised. Then an ADAMS modelof the car sliding door is raised and a real test is designed and made, theresults of both of them are compared to prove the veracity of the model.3) The influence of the deviation on the motion smoothness of the carsliding door and the dynamic performance of the sliding door in closedstate is studied. Two indexes have been raised to measure the motionsmoothness and the sensitivity analysis has been done. Through finiteelement methods and frequency response, the dynamic performance of thecar sliding door has been studied. Finally, the optimization has been done.In sum, the quality of the car sliding door is closed related to thequality of the entire car. The modeling methods and the results which havebeen raised in this thesis will have a great help on the design process of thecar sliding door and reducing the cost.
