With the increasing of air traffic flow and air traffic complexity, many domestic airporttowers, especially large busy airports do share a common demand: the continuingimprovement of service quality, the increase of airport terminal airspace operational efficiencyand the implementation of aerodrome control simulation with scientific method. Of which theapron service operation behavior plays an important role in the tower control simulationsystem. Considering the apron service vehicle operation behavior problem of the towercontrol simulation system, agent-based modeling and research that from two aspects arecarried on respectively, one is the apron service vehicle operation behavior modeling and theother is the research of apron service vehicle trajectory calculation method in3D visualsimulation. And based on the QT platform, both the3D visual driven model and the apronservice operation behavior simulation system are designed. Furthermore, all these trails willlay a solid foundation for the truthful reflection of the apron service operation behavior in thetower visual simulation system. The main work can be summarized as follows:1. In the case of the service operation behavior of the apron service vehicle, a servicevehicle AOSPN model that adopts SPN and Agent technology is established and the validityof the model is verified by running the model in the CPNtools, besides the average servicetime of the apron service vehicle is counted and an optimization method about the averageservice time is proposed on the basis of SPN and Markov.2. Concerning the complex issues about the apron service vehicle trajectory real-timecalculation method in3D visual simulation, the kinematic model of the apron service vehicleis built according to kinematics modeling method, solve it with the chained form, and anapron service vehicle trajectory calculation method which can driven3D visual simulation inreal-time is generated, besides the visualizations of the three kinds of typical apron servicevehicle trajectories,“straight-turn-straight”“S-turn” and “U-turn”, are designed by Matlab,.These visualizations verified that the calculation method is correct and feasible.3. As to the designing of the apron service vehicle operation behavior simulationsystem, certain3D models are built to describe the corresponding apron elements by Creator, such as apron, service vehicle and aircraft. And the apron service vehicle operation behavior3D driven model and simulation system are designed based on QT platform.
