| Abstract:With the continuous development of construction technology, buildingintelligent plant requests more and more higher, building construction equipmentmore and more are used, equipment and piping more and more affect the buildingstructure; Vertical pipeline crossing of reinforced concrete structures can effectivereducing building layer height and investment with ensuring the premise of clearheight. At present, to the vertical designs addressed certain research by continuousgirder test specimen in domestic, but due to the complicated testing specimen andloading methods, most studying are about simply supported beams, the continuousbeam in practical engineering structure component settings are quite common, so itstill must further study the mechanical effect and different hole reinforcing measuresin continuous beam near among the vertical opening bearings for structuralcomponents to better service to engineering application.In order to research the opening near the middle of the bearings of continuousbeam mechanical influence to the structure component and the different reinforcingmeasures, this paper designs five two-span continuous beams with one whitoutopening for contrasting, and two two-span continuous beams with open hole nearbearings of two different diameter across the continuous beam (did not set reinforcingbars), and two two-span continuous beams (with different reinforcing steel)withopening are the same diameter near bearings in the middle. Using the static load testmethods, drab loading cross (left cross) using hydraulic jack grading by add staticload until the destruction; Another cross (right cross) plus fixed uniform balance loadq=2KN/m. Strain gauges are setted in experimental beams reinforced, stirrups; beamabdominal concrete surface corresponding mechanical typical position, stick loadingprocess through the IMP data acquisition instrument accurately understand each stressstate. Through the research and analysis of the testing data, this paper discusses withthe openings in the middle of the bearings, the influence of open hole diameter,different reinforcing measures to the reinforced concrete continuous beam middlebearing crack, deformation and shear strength, the main research contents are asfollows:(1) Through this paper tested beams,the influence of in the same location near the middle bearings open different diameter (90mm,120mm) round hole in less than(or equal to the large0.4h) to inclined section shear capacity are analyzed,the resultsshow that to open, aperture of beams is little affected the ultimate bearing capacity forinclined section shear capacity.(2) through the contrast analysis of the testing data, in the same near middlebearing diameter (open90mm) round hole to use two kinds of different reinforcingmeasures (hole on both sides of the stirrup encryption; muscle), around theconfiguration oblique girder’s distortion, crack development, inclined section shearstrength are studyed, it is concluded that the mechanical properties such as reinforcingsteel in a similar number of cases, the inclined reinforcement around the configurationbetter reinforcing measures. |
