In China, the rapid urbanization process makes the city devoid of personality, the"Millennium City" phenomenon is widespread. The historical and cultural city wouldbe vitality, it should have its own unique character and quality, historical clues anddevelopment should reflect a certain degree of correlation, inheritance and continuityof history.City style represents the personality of cities through the natural landscape,artificial and human landscape, manifested in the course of urban development urbantraditions, culture and environment characteristics of urban life. Environment Facilitydetail element is an integral part of the overall urban environment, its landscapeagainst the formation of the style and features of the city as a whole has an importantrole, along with the service that is not missing.This article is in the context of landscape planning in the central zone ofQuanzhou, on environmental facilities and urban scenery of landscape as a whole. Tostudy the old area of Quanzhou,it selects North Gate Street, the middle ZhongshanRoad, the Confucius Temple Plaza, and the Dejimen Park that four publicenvironmental facilities for research in space objects, using field observation andrecording notes and investigation for understanding of the environment in facilities inthe city of status and members of the public to its satisfaction.On the basis of field research, this article tries to use analytic hierarchy process,proposing the establishment of comprehensive evaluation system of city style andfeatures of environmental facilities, attempts on urban environmental quantitativeevaluation and analysis of facilities for style values. Its purpose is for the features andcharacteristics of Quanzhou City District, makes the City area environment facilitysystem character positioning and policy.
