| In the background of the integration pipeline steel structure in ANGANG,calculation and analysis of the integration pipeline steel structure, main content are asfollowed:(1) Determine the structrual project of integration pipeline in ANGANG,arrangement of the pipes cross section, distance of contiguous pipe supports, andselection of the compensator type and pipe anchorage, as well as arrangement of pipesupports and secondary trusses, establishment of overall model.(2) According to the arrangement of pipes, explan the various loads on theintegration pipeline: the vertical loads, including both dead load and live load; thedirection horizontal load, such as the direction horizontal load of the compensator, thefriction of the pipe anchorage, and the horizontal load conducted by pipe supports;the wind load, including the wind loads on both pipes and columns of the pipesupports; the earthquake action, including both through pipes and vertical pipes.(3) Using ANSYS finite element analysis software, simulation, truss rod, pipesupport bar and compensation, establishing comprehensive finite element model ofthe integration pipeline structure, imposing a variety of loads combinations, bearingcapacity calculation and analysis, determine working status of the integration pipelinestructure.This paper reached the overall analysis of important guiding significance topractical conclusions. |
