| This paper takes the pipe rack system in sulfuric acid area of a nickel plant as the research background,aiming at the current situation of the pipe rack system in this area,such as long service life,intensive pipe arrangement,complex and diversified pipe rack structure,production process update and upgrading,etc.In order to prevent the pipe rack instability and ensure the stability and safety of the pipe network system.Therefore,the reliability and stability of the pipe frame in this area were evaluated by calculation,and reasonable suggestions for improvement were made according to the analysis results.Its main content is as follows:(1)According to the current national standards,the current status of the pipe rack system,as well as the existing safety risks,the reliability evaluation of the system and the seismic check calculation of the structural section of the pipe bracket in this area were conducted,and a reasonable treatment scheme was given in combination with the evaluation results.(2)Accurately master the load-bearing situation of the pipe rack in this area,determine the load type of the pipe rack,and complete the numerical calculation of the corresponding load according to relevant design specifications.These include:vertical load,vertical horizontal load,lateral horizontal load and calculation of earthquake action.(3)Some branches of no.6 pipeline in sulfuric acid area are selected as the overall modeling analysis unit,and ANSYS software is used to establish the overall finite element model including pipelines and supports.Based on the above load calculation results,the model is loaded and analyzed to obtain the stress and displacement cloud map of the overall structure of the pipe rack,so as to master the internal force and deformation state of the pipe rack structure,check the strength and stiffness of the structure,and evaluate the stability of the structure. |
