The parabolic antenna is an important part of the dish solar collector system. Theoverall efficiency of the collector system determined by the environment, theconcentration efficiency of the parabolic antenna and photo-thermal conversionsystem, in which the parabolic antenna condenser efficiency plays a key role.Parabolic condenser efficiency determined by the following aspects: precisionmachining, materials, installation accuracy and so on. Installation accuracy, however,is particularly important, so some research is developed about it in this paper.At first, the focusing properties of the parabolic is analyzed in this paper. Thefocusing performance is influenced by these offset which includes tracking error、axial displacement of a small mirror, any offset of a small mirror, which usuallyappears during the installation processing is analyzed. Calculating the specific effectsof the focusing performance on a variety of offset and getting the installationprecision requirements,which provide a theoretical basis for the installation andmeasurement of the parabolic and segmented mirror in the future.Secondly, the measurement process of parabolic segmented mirror installationand fitting of space parabolic are studied and analyzed,Known to install measurementprocess, the three-dimensional coordinates of points in the segmented mirror surfaceshould be obtained at first, and then parabolic fitted through these points, Only in thisway,the pose offset of the segmented mirror is got,and then be adjustment.The simulationexperiment of the small parabolic antenna pot are carried out in this paper, measuredpoint data are collected from the local small pieces of the parabolic and the whole parabolic respectively. Jacobi algorithm is used for fitting a parabolic by measurement points, then the standard equation of the experimental para-bolic are obtained in the flat and tilted. The simulation and actual measurement experiment shows that Jacobifitting methods satisfy the measurement accuracy. Simultaneously, the best fitparabolic will be used as the benchmark for fine-tuning of stitching the patches in thefuture.Finally, for the parabolic segmented mirror pose. To make some experimentswhich are relation to targets calibration and pose measurement by total stationmeasurements and monocular visual measurement, of which coordinate measuringmachine measurements as a measurement standard. Then, the measured results werecompared and analyzed, the measurement accuracy of total station measurement and monocular vision measurement is obtained. The methods and processes of calibrationand measurement of target pose is grasped through experimental operation and dataprocessing.
