This paper introduces an overview of the ultrahigh pressure vessel, particularlythick-walled cylinder of the autofrettage technology starting point, a more systematic thickwall cylinder stress analysis based on formula numerical method, analytical solution of thestress components and stress, respectively. Take the equipment of KeFa Ltd for a example, respectively, this product do the optimization analysis and ASME fatigue certification tomake this autofrettage equipment work be safe and efficient.Get the analytical stress solution of the thick cylinders based on formula numericalmethod, each parameter in the analytical is based on the actual parameters of the KeFa Ledautofrettage equipment, combined with Matlab to draw the line of the analytical solution ofthe stress, and the finite element software ANSYS and comparison of the path of the stresscomponents obtained by the simulation to confirm the reliability of the simulation solution, and follow-up to this thesis to prepare the ground.Model the pressurized cylinder high-pressure sterilization equipment based onANSYS, the first process on autofrettage imposed work load, work under the pressurecylinder pressure cylinder simulations. Get the optimization analysis of the autofrettage inworking condition, the stress distribution and stress in the post-treatment process as thegoal, to find the optimal autofrettage pressure, the pressure cylinder is more efficient to theequipment. The data needed by ANSYS for stress analysis of the autofrettage cylinder in workingcondition fatigue certification based on ASME Fatigue certification standards, the ASMEfatigue certification specifications to be assessment, whether the fatigue assessment todetermine KeFa autofrettage equipment safety.
