With its small size, low price, high efficiency and long working life semiconductor lasercompare to traditional gas and solid-state laser has more application in low-intensity laserbiomedical engineering. Especially its application has been developing at the very highspeed in low-intensity Laser Irradiation in nasal cavity.This thesis analyzes the working principle of semiconductor laser and intranasalirradiation treatment principles. Then develop a stable controlled output power, timecontrolled, security, economic, convenient and low-intensity Semiconductor laser therapeuticapparatus, which is able to meet the needs of patients on their own health care treatment athome.This thesis introduces the composition and working principle of the semiconductor lasertherapeutic apparatus both in hardware and software. The apparatus uses5mW,650nmsemiconductor laser tube as light source, power supplied by the DC adapter and Li-ionrechargeable battery. UPD78F9234MCU as intelligence control chip to control the workingof the apparatus, the NCP551chip to provide a stable voltage for the apparatus, the LTC4054chip to provide Li-ion battery charge and discharge management. integrated op-amp chipLM324DT to constitute current drive circuit to control the power of the laser output, in orderto protect the laser tube, slow-start soft protection provided by the RC circuit. Finally, thesemiconductor laser therapeutic apparatus has been tested and qualified.
