| With rapid development of our economy, electricity demand is increasing as well.The shortage of traditional energy and its shortcoming such as polluting the environment,developing new energy actively will be one of the most important ways to solve the energycrisis. Solar energy is abundant in China, and utilizing solar energy to generate electricity isthe most economic way to using solar energy. It is very practical and important for us toenlarge the scale of using the solar thermal power technology, so as to decrease the demandof coal which is main resource using in our power plant, and promote the revolution ofenergy.In the three ways of solar thermal power generation, trough solar power plant is themost mature in technology and have accumulated rich experience in the operation.But forthe small trough solar power plant, the temperature of the heat conduction oil is usually nomore than390℃in order to ensure the stability of the heat conduction oil and thermalefficiency of the system. However, the temperature of steam is less than370℃, Theefficiency of the system efficiency is very low. At the same time,for this small system,power components—steam turbine, it should be designed detailly according to the specificform system.Based on the shortcomings of the inefficient of the small trough solar power plant,anew trough solar power is developed by using the advantages of Kalina cycle in lowtemperature (less then370℃). With the whole system as the research object, according tothe laws of thermodynamics, the mathematical models of the parts are set up. By simulatingpower and efficiency of1MW trough solar power plant, the overall efficiency is8%higherthan the direct power generation with the same heat source. At the same time, theinfluences on cycle efficiency of critical parameters such as the radiation intensity, turbineinlet pressure, inlet temperature and outlet pressure are analyzed deeply. The conclusionscould be referred for the optimal design in different conditions.At the same time, the selection of stean turbine of the small solar power and thermaldesign are reached in this paper. Using modular modeling thoughts,the design process andbasic framework aresummarized, combined with the characteristics and basic design principle of small steam turbine. The thermal design of software designed in GUI interfaceis developped by Simulink designing module matheamatics model with Matlab platform.Finally application example of system testing are presented. The results of software testingshow that thermodynamic and intensity calculation system of impulse steam turbine hadachieved the expected function requirements. |
