| The slant prestressed seamless cement concrete pavement can be prestressedtransversely and longitudinally,which is more suitable for the stress of the pavement thanprestress a single direction prestress. Because of prestressing transverse prestress andlongitudinal prestress, transverse and longitudinal deformation are restrained and thecarrying capacity of the pavement is improved. And cracks caused by low carrying capacityand seams reduce. Driving comfortableness is improved.Loaded cracks have been taken into account in methods of concrete, which play a part incontrolling cracks in engineering. But the research about the produce mechanism andmeasures of non-loaded cracks is not further enough. Based on the slant prestressed seamlesscement concrete pavement is provided with good cracking resistance,this paper researchesthe low temperature materials for the slant prestressed seamless cement concrete pavement,analyses cracking mechanism of low temperature concrete. In this paper I also research theperformance of low temperature concrete, use low temperature to reduce shrinkage andfinally to achieve purpose of reduce non-cracks.The early stage external environment of low temperature concrete is very bad. The firstproblem need to be solved is how to make low temperature concrete which is provided withenough mechanical property. In this paper, optimize optimizes the mixing proportion, andchooses high quality compound antifreeze to improve antifreezing capacity of lowtemperature concrete.Then, on that basis, this paper researches shrinkage property of lowtemperature concrete and analyses influencing factor and the produce mechanism of lowtemperature concrete.In this paper, laboratory test is the main form.Based on laboratory test, the authorresearches the mechanical property and shrinkage property. It depends on the slantprestressed seamless cement concrete pavement and constructs test pavement. |
