Hollow slab bridge,due to its simple structure,easy construction,the timber economy,faster construction, building height is small,easy to realize the advantages of standardizationand factory production,are widely used in modern highway bridge.When operatingprocess,part of the hollow slab bridge hinge seam damage is obvious,the effect of sheartransfer,causing the veneer when the traffic load force, affecting the life of the vehicle safetyand bridges and culverts.This article based on five hollow plate splice bridges test,to study thetechnique of Hollow slab bridge Reinforcement.First of all,on the hinge joint destruction mechanism and prevention countermeasuresresearch.Analysis of the common hinge joint disease mechanism and prevention measures,and hollow slab bridge over the overall strengthening methods for analysis, such as bridgedeck reinforcement layer of reinforcement, horizontal prestressed reinforcement of Π-shapedsteel reinforcement in terms of design, construction,Remove the beam and increase ribreinforcement,chemical grouting reinforcement.Secondly,the finite element simulation method to study the overall reinforcement.Splicing hollow plate of five bridges test as the basis of Midas Civil and Midas FEA finiteelement program,to study finite element simulation method of steel reinforcement beams,thehorizontal prestressed reinforcement,Remove the beam and increase rib reinforcement.Third,analyze the overall stiffness reinforcement effect comparative of thebridge.Analysis on the deflection measured of Steel beam reinforcement and horizontalprestressed reinforcement shows that steel beams reinforcing effect when the load is light,andthe external prestressing reinforcement effect is obvious when load is heavy.Comparative analysis the theoretical value of Steel reinforcement beams,transverseprestressing reinforcement,Remove the beam and increase rib reinforcement,three methodscan significantly improve the overall stiffness of the hollow slab bridge,go to the best of thebeam increased rib France.Among them, the beam of an increasing rib rigid integrity of thebeam reinforcement is superior to the to Liang increase rib hinged beam method.Fourth,the introduction of the concept of the hinge seam to work together coefficient,analysis of the first two overall reinforcement methods to improve the situation on the hingeseam force transmission performance.The theoretical analysis and experimental values showthat the load is small,steel beams reinforced hinge joints collaborative performance better thanhorizontal prestressed reinforcement. Through the study of Hollow Slab Reinforcement Technique,the hinge seam failuremechanism be cleared,control measures be proposed;Comparison analysis of threereinforcement methods,Comparison and selection of a certain reference value on the hollowof the slab reinforcement program.
