Hollow plate girder bridge is a common bridge project,has advantages of simple construction,pre production and good durability.In 1990s the construction of the hollow slab bridge,under the influence of modern traffic and natural factors,appear a large number of diseases.Hinge joints have great threat on the bearing capacity of hollow slab bridge,is a key factor to determine the service life of bridge.The reconstruction of these bridges will cost a lot of money,which is the most important to our national economy.Therefore,damage mechanism of hinge joints of the hollow slab,on the basis of original bridge reinforcement,in order to meet the requirements of modern traffic volume is an important measure to solve the disease of the bridge.The Shichen separation hollow slab bridge as the basis,with finite element software Midas Fea,car loads of hollow slab bridge hinge joint force are analyzed.Under different load conditions,research hinge joints in the contact surface and the hinge joint of longitudinal shear force ?1,the vertical shear force ?2,?1 and ?2 force ?d,method to be sigma n with the longitudinal distribution rules of the bridge.So that the most unfavorable load position of the stress and the main stress of the hinge joint passing through the transverse connection are obtained.Finally,the position of the crack is analyzed and studied.Starting from the basic principles,the three methods of strengthening the bonding steel plate,carbon fiber and external prestressing are studied.Shichen separation hollow slab bridge by the three reinforcement method,using the finite element software Midas civil.Before and after the strengthening hollow slab checking the bearing capacity of the contrast.Considering the advantages and disadvantages of different reinforcement measures,combined with the engineering practice,a new reinforcement method is proposed.The original bridge by simply supported change for continuous structure system,the adjacent hollow plate as a whole,to share the load,meet the design requirements,convenient construction is Shichen separation hollow slab bridge ideal reinforcement measures.
