In recent years, although computer network management has been widely used in vehiclesafety performance detection stations in China, network system of the industry as a whole hasnot yet been established, so the detecdtion data can not be shared and the regulatory of theindustry remains rudimentary. To solve this problem, the paper gives a deep discussion on thetechnical and management status of the vehicle safety detection industry of Shaanxi Province,and provides a networked vehicle safety detection information submitting system.Networked vehicle safety detection information submitting system can accomplishautomatic submission of vehicle detection information from vehicle safety detection stationsall around the province without human intervention, and also can analyze the detection datathat has been submitted. This paper firstly focus on the transmission of the detectioninformation, and innovatively provides a “Two Level” uploading network structure, which hasits own communication protocol and transmission scheme, and its safety and reliability isensured by using VPN technology. Secondly, to analyze the detection information, a querystatistics interface is provided, and the data warehouse of vehicle safety detection informationis designed and built, where OLAP multi-dimensional analysis takes place. Further more, withdata mining tools in SQL Server2008, the detection information is mined by usingassociation rule algorithm, so that a strong association rule between the detection results andthe type of vehicles is found.In this paper, the networked vehicle safety detection information submitting systemunder discussion is a combination of data transmission and information analysis, itsreasonable application will help to improve the level of information and network technologyin vehicle safety detection industry, and the superintendent strength will be enhanced.
