In common role of the factors such as driving load, temperature andbridge vibration,the force and deformation in steel bridge deck pavement isvery complex.However, the tensile, shear and compressive strength ofcommon asphalt pavement materials are small, lead to early diseases such ascrack, take off layer and rut is very popular. The deformation of surfacing aftersteel bridge panel is the main factors that influence the performance ofpavement, and increase the stiffness of the pavement can improve the stress ofthe pavement. Based on this concept, this paper puts forward the compositepavement structure "lightweight concrete lower+SMA upper" based on PBLconnector, and the the main mechanical performance of this pavementstructure is analyzed.First of all, summarizes the characteristics of the steel deck paving andthe existing problems, the reason of several major disease appears to steel deckplate paving was analyzed, and the present research status of steel bridge deckpavement materials and pavement structure are briefly introduced, on the basisof the existing research results the "lightweight concrete+SMA " composite deck pavement structure based on PBL connector is proposed.Secondly, according to the mechanical characteristics and technicalrequirements of the steel bridge deck pavement, and reference foreign relatedstandards, this paper puts forward control index of the steel bridge deckpavement structure.Then, summarizes commonly used analytical method of the steel bridgedeck pavement, and finite element method is mainly described. Set up thefinite element model of a launch test, verified the simulation method of steeland concrete interface in the steel bridge deck pavement composite structure.Again, reference the steel bridge deck structure of a steel box girderbridge, established finite element analysis model of the composite steel bridgedeck pavement structure that including orthotropic steel bridge panel, thehorizontal clapboard, lightweight concrete pavement, the SMA surface andPBL shear connector, analyses the stress distribution in the composite structureunder the wheel load, identify the most unfavorable loading conditions invarious design control index.At last, the influence of mainly structure parameters to the mechanical properties of the steel bridge deck pavement structure are analyzed,includingthe thickness of the PBL steel plate, pavement thickness, concrete elasticmodulus, asphalt strength degree modulus and PBL fittings layout, andreasonable Suggestions are given to the value of main parameters.
