Water Supply Pipeline Cleaning Technology Experimental Studies With Padding And Gas-Water Pulse

In the process of drinking water supply, the different water quality index of drinkingwater has been satisfied with the drinking water health standards after a serial of fabricationprocessing. But there is a complex organism、physics and chemistry reactions happened whenthe treated water go through the water distribution system, and then along the pipe innersurface will form growth rings which is compose of sticky thing, Corrosion things,sediment,and biological membrane. The Growth rings make pipe internal health conditions down, andwater quality deterioration, that is a significant reason for the secondary pollution of waterquality, cleaning the growth ring is good for improving water quality and pipeline ability.By designed and built the experiment platform, first experiment studies the influence ofthe gas supply positions and the shapes of the gas supply nozzle for gas-water pulse. Thispaper use three positions of gas supply: up, center, and below which are from pipe top10mm20mm and30mm, at same time experiment with three shapes of gas supply nozzle which arerectangular export, slot form export and round export. The experiment result shows that theinfluence of gas supply positions is negligible, this is may be relate to the small diameter oftest pipe and the distance of three positions is too close. But the shapes of gas supply nozzlehave some certain effect to pipe cleaning, in condition of top gas supply, round nozzle wouldbe best, and there is a little difference between rectangular and slot form, it is almost the same;in condition of center and below gas supply has the same conclusion: round nozzle is best, therectangular is second and the slot form is worst.The second part of experiment is padding and gas-water pulse pipe cleaning which useshale ceramsite to be padding, and the ceramise characters is light, high strength, and goodaseismicity. Change the gas pulse frequency, collect the pressure of gas-water-solid in the pipethrough pressure sensor, and find that in the pipe the pressure value under three-phase flow isless than two phase, but under the three-phase flow, effective water section reduced and flowvelocity increased, on the other hand, there is a drastic hit between solid particle and pipe wall,it would be helpful for cleaning stubborn growth ring such as rust tumor.
