High pressure water-jets is one of the techniques of physical cleaning. As compared with other cleagning techniques, such as chemical cleaning, it has more advantages. Therefore, high pressure water-jets have been a good way for pipe-line cleaning. More and more factories use this method, then how to enhance cleaning efficiency becomes an important role. It spends many times to study how to implement the cleaning work use the lowest energy in the shortest time. So this article discusses this topic as following:(1) This article analyzes the characteristics of high pressure water and its basic structure. According to cleaning object characteristics, analyzes the influence for cleaning work of the piping curvature, dirt form etcl.(2) According to theory of the high pressure water-jet for clean, combine the special of small diameter piping clean.this article analysis the pressure of water, discharge, angle of incidence, angle of spread and clean-speed etcl, and give out the choice and match of the key parameter. And then classifies all parameters to three categories. They are the target parameters, basic parameters and regulate parameters. Analyzes the relation of and the general principle of the choices of each parameter, then make it more science and convenience for parameters choice.(3) This article analysis the principle of rotation nozzles, deduces the rotation-speed formula, and studies the nozzle eccentricity in pipeline inner cleaning with high pressure water jets by setting up its mathematics model.And analyse the influence of appropriate for cleaning parameters and cleaning effect.It shows that appropriate eccentricity has advantage in reducing wastage of power and enhance cleaning efficiency in the same conditions.Finally,deduce the expressions of eccentricity in pipeline inner cleaning.(4) This article establishment the adjudicate model in pipe-line cleaning with fuzzy theory.Through the comparison, making sure the principle of max- product is better one for fuzzy judgement.
