In recent years, Long-span Bridges present the characteristics of flexible﹑low damping and Lowfrequency, which causes the structure is quite sensitive while facing with wind. Aeroelasticity is the keyfactor for restricting the span of the bridge. And Wind-induced vibration has been one of the problems ofthe main consideration while designing Long-span Bridges. So it is quite urgent to have to study on bridgewind-induced vibration.In this thesis, the study on Vortex vibration characteristic of wind-induced vibration from the exampleof The Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau bridge. By a series of tests, which researches the influence of Verticalbending vortex-induced vibration response under the main parameters of model vibration system,distinguishes the aerodynamic parameters of The Hong Kong, zhuhai and macau bridge with theory ofScanlan Experience linear model, studies the relation curves between model quality and vertical bendingvibration amplitude of the largest, this thesis puts forward three kinds of feasible correction methodsaccording to preliminary test results. With the help of The nizhou waterway bridge scheme two, this thesisalso studies flutter stability performance’s influence on section girder flutter derivative and flutter criticalwind speed by changing a series physical parameters of model, and further puts forward reliable errorcorrection method.The main conclusions of this thesis are as follows: In vortex-induced vibration test, vibration systemparameters do not affect the lock-in region of wind speed of vortex-induced, but have a large influence onvertical bending amplitude. Although each angle of attack is diffrent, the general rule is that every factorhas the same influence. In the flutter test, each parameter of model vibration system doesn’t have influenceon flutter derivative, but has a great influence on flutter critical wind speed.
